Directions to 2617 NW Thurman Street, Portland, Oregon

From the east side of Portland take I-84 to I-5 north to the Fremont bridge (I-405). Cross the bridge and stay to the right, taking US-30 W, exit 3. Keep to the right and after a short distance exit onto Vaughan St. Continue on Vaughan through the traffic light at NW 23rd. Turn left at NW 26th Ave. Go two blocks to Thurman and turn right.The office is a dark red wooden building on the right, #2617 Thurman, with "Pacific Wellness Foundation" in large letters on the front. There is usually street parking available right in front of the building.

From the north or south take I-5 to I-405/US-30 and continue as above.

From the west take US-26 to I-405 North to US-30 and continue as above.

From downtown take NW 23rd to NW Thurman St. 
The office is accessible by public transportation via Tri-Met bus #15 to Thurman and NW 26th Avenue.
